This simulated rock speaker is designed to be placed on the ground and blend into any surroundings.The HiFi Works 30020 HFW Rock Speakers are stone-shaped, outdoor garden speakers that blend in with most landscaping to provide great sound without even noticing a speaker. The all-weather plastic housing can withstand the elements throughout the seasons.

The high-efficiency design allows the HFW to operate on as little as 10 watts of power, but it isn't sheepish -- this speaker can handle the heft of a wide range of home theater and stereo receivers (up to 80 watts). The speaker delivers high tones through the 0.625-inch tweeter that features a polycarbonate dome. The 5.25-inch subwoofer features a black polypropylene cone with a rubber surround seal that delivers deep, bumpin' bass tones. This pair of outdoor speakers are built to look just like ordinary garden stones and deliver outstanding sound that you and your guests will hear, but not see.

Speakers arrived quickly and very well packed. Installed in the back yard garden here in Hawaii using heavy gauge wire, as recommended by manufacturer. Speaker performance tested using symphonic music and am very pleased with the results. No significant degradation of sound. Time will tell as to how well they stand up in this humid and salty environment, but after more than a month of service they're doing well.

I did a search for wireless, this came up and I purchased it. My mistake, but why did it come up under wireless??????

Very pleased with the quality and sound of the HiFi Works 6.5-Inch I purchased. They blend in well with my wifes garden. You would not know what they were without the sound coming out. Compared to higher priced speakers with the same specs. Im very satisfied.

You know the saying "you get what you pay for"? That's what I was worried about with these because for the price, I wasn't expecting much. But when I hooked them up, I was blown away!! I'm using them on our patio so we can have some music while in the pool and they are so clean sounding, and YES, they do have some decent bass for the size! I listen to a lot of metal and classic rock, and these babies do a superb job! Good clean stereo sound, even from the far end of the pool/other side of the patio! What more could you want? If you're looking for some tunes outdoors, get these! You won't be dissapointed.
